§ 95.03 PROHIBITION ON USE OF TOBACCO-RELATED PRODUCTS.
   No person shall:
   (A)   Smoke or use tobacco-related products in the Lehman Park pavilion.
   (B)   Smoke a cigarette, cigar, or other tobacco-related product within 50 feet of the front of a playground and 20 feet of the Lehman Park pavilion main entrance, exits, or operable windows.
   (C)   Dispose cigarette butts, cigar butts, or other tobacco-related waste within the park or facilities, including a playground or sandbox, other than in designated receptacles for such use.
