No person shall, in Lehman Park, (including any boundary road thereof):
(A) Deposit garbage, trash, or other refuse on park property other than in a receptacle provided, break, throw or leave bottles, glass, or sharp pointed articles or throw or dispose of wastepaper or combustible refuse in any place in the park other than in a receptacle maintained for that purpose;
(B) Deposit garbage, trash, or other refuse not generated and/or used within the park boundaries; or
(C) Place any materials, organic or inorganic, removed from private property upon any sidewalk or roadway of any boundary road in the park.
