§ 35.36 ANTI-NEPOTISM POLICY REGARDING CONTRACTING WITH RELATIVES.
   The city hereby adopts the requirements of I.C. 36-1-21, as amended, establishing the minimum requirements regarding contracting with relatives of elected officials of a city.
