§ 35.33 FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT WITH STATE BOARD OF ACCOUNTS.
   The annual report filed by the city with SBOA under I.C. 5-11-13-1 shall include a statement by the mayor stating that the city has implemented an anti-nepotism policy under I.C. 36-1-20.2 and 36-1-21.
