Pursuant to I.C. 5-22-2-25, the Board of Public Works and Safety, the Storm Water Board, and the Common Council are hereby established as the purchasing agencies for the city. The Storm Water Board shall serve as the purchasing agency for the Storm Water Department. The Board of Works and City Council shall serve as the purchasing agencies for all other City Departments.
