(A) The pathway which traverses and surrounds the detention basin area known as the Lehman Pond shall be used only for pedestrian traffic or bicycles.
(B) No person shall operate or attempt to operate any motorized vehicles or horse drawn vehicles, buggies or carriages upon said pathway.
(C) The city shall erect and maintain gates at the entrance to the pathway on both ends and shall post a sign referring to Ordinance No. 602 and the limited use of the pathway.
(D) A person who violates this section may be fined up to $100. A person who is found to have violated this section on a second or subsequent occasion may be fined up to $500 for subsequent violations.
