(A) Appropriate signs and markings shall be placed at the entrance and/or exit into police buildings or EMS buildings that shall prohibit any vehicle of any kind or character to interfere, impede, restrict, or in any way interfere with the Police Department or EMS Department from entering or exiting through driveways to fulfill their duties and obligations in their official capacity.
(B) Appropriate street signs at the aforementioned locations shall have duly placed thereon appropriate signs indicating the appropriate flow of traffic permitted onto the streets and likewise, into and exiting from the appropriate police station and EMS station.
