§ 152.168 APPLICABILITY.
   These regulations apply along all existing and future streets, roads, and highways in the city, and shall affect all signs that are intended to be seen from the traveled portion of the streets, roads and highways within 1,000 feet of the right-of-way on each side of said streets, roads and highways.
