§ 54.11 DEPRECIATION ACCOUNT; USE OF REVENUES.

   The revenues set aside to the depreciation account shall be expended for:

   (A)   The repair of the storm water system;

   (B)   New acquisition, construction, extensions, or additions to the property of the storm water system; or

   (C)   Transfer to the bond and interest redemption account to prevent a default.
