The Common Council believes it is in the best interest of public safety and for the general welfare of the public to install "One-way" signs at the following locations. Every operator of a vehicle shall observe all "One-way" signs erected by the city. Street signs designating the one-way directions shall be erected at one or more of the entrances to any indicated street or alley.
