SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.
   Pursuant to I.C. 9-21-5-6, the city has determined, on the basis of engineering and traffic investigations, that the reasonable and safe maximum speed limit is as indicated on the following designated streets. Street signs designating the lawful maximum speed shall be erected at one or more places throughout the streets named.
