§ 30.01 BRANCHES OF CITY GOVERNMENT.

   The city government shall consist of the following branches.

   (A)   Executive Branch;

   (B)   Legislative Branch; and

   (C)   Fiscal Branch.

   (D)   Statutory Boards and Commissions.
