The Common Council believes it is in the best interest of public safety and the general welfare of the public to install “No Left Turn” signs at the following locations. Every operator of a vehicle shall observe all “No Left Turn” signs erected by the city. Street signs designating “No Left Turn” shall be erected at one or more locations on any indicated street.
