§ 53.10 REVIEW OF CONNECTION AND RECONNECTION CHARGES.
   Due to increase of costs pertaining to tap and reconnection fees, a review of §§ 53.08 and 53.09 shall be made every three years from the date of passage to determine whether said fees remain appropriate or are insufficient and in need of amendment due to increased costs.
