§ 33.17 WATER UTILITY DEPOSIT FUND.
   The Water Utility Deposit Fund (Fund #604) for the city is hereby established, all in accordance with the directives of the Indiana State Board of Accounts, and any and all moneys the city received as a deposit upon the application for water utility service pursuant to Chapter 53 of this Code shall be transferred into said separate Water Utility Deposit Fund.
