§ 91.43 FINES.
   (A)   Any person found to be in violation of this subchapter shall be subject to a fine of $200 for each violation, to be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   The Adams County Superior Court shall be the court of jurisdiction for determining all violations cited, pursuant to this subchapter.
