Unless otherwise exempted herein, the owner of a golf cart shall pay a registration fee of $25 to the Police Department at the time of registration of a golf cart. The registration fee may hereafter be amended from time to time by resolution adopted by the City Common Council. All registration fees shall be deposited in the city’s General Fund.
