§ 115.05 ENFORCEMENT; COMPLAINTS.

(A) This chapter shall be enforced by the City of Berne Police Department, and it shall be its duty to investigate and prosecute any violation of this chapter.

(B) If, after an investigation, a violation is found to exist, the City of Berne Police Department shall issue a citation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
