(A) Effective September 1, 2014, a special fund is established to be known as the Lehman Park Improvement Donations Fund, into which shall be deposited public or private monetary donations that are made for the purpose of improvements to Lehman Park.
(B) Moneys accepted and deposited into the fund shall be used and expended for any lawful purposes for the improvement of Lehman Park. All expenditures and disbursements from the fund may be made without further appropriation, but shall be upon recommendation of the Park Board and upon due authorization of the Common Council.
