§ 52.13 RATES AND CHARGES FOR USERS OUTSIDE THE CITY BOUNDARIES AND ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF AND SERVICES RENDERED BY THE SEWAGE WORKS SYSTEMS OF THE CITY.
   The monthly rates and charges to the users of the sewage works situated outside the corporate boundaries of the city shall be set and fixed at 150% of the rates and charges to users within the corporate limits of the city.
