There shall annually be adopted an ordinance, as amended from time to time as necessary, setting forth the applicable fees and charges due for the various licenses, permits and services authorized by this code and by other ordinances of the village. Whenever reference is made to the “annual fee schedule”, such reference shall mean the most current fee ordinance adopted pursuant to this section. By this reference, the annual fee ordinance, as amended, is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth. (2016 Code; amd.
