12-3-1: ORGANIZATION:
The administration of this title is hereby vested in the:
   A.   Office of the zoning administrator, under the supervision of the village administrator;
   B.   Planning and zoning commission; and
   C.   Corporate authorities. (2005 Zoning Code)
