The commission shall be composed of seven (7) members to be appointed by the village president, with the advice and consent of the board of trustees. Where possible, the appointed members will have a broad base of professional and complementary expertise in the fields of business, finance, real estate, advertising, retail and economic development. When feasibly possible, a majority of members shall be residents. Vacancies among the members of the commission shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. (Ord. 05-25, 4-19-2005)
