A. Insofar as practical, side lot lines shall be at right angles to straight street lines or radial curved street lines.
B. Residential lots served by a public sewerage system and public water supply system shall not be less than fifty feet (50') wide at the building setback line, nor less than six thousand (6,000) square feet in area.
C. The size of lots or tracts laid out and intended for business use shall be adequate to provide for off street service and paved parking facilities required by the type of use and development contemplated.
D. The size and width of lots shall in no case be less than the minimum requirements of the village zoning ordinance. (Ord. 60-13, 7-13-1960)
