The village administrator shall be the enforcing officer of this title, and it shall be his/her duty to enforce the provisions hereof. The enforcing officer may call upon any department or official of the village to furnish him/her with such information and assistance as he/she may deem necessary for the observance or enforcement of this title, and it shall be the duty of such department or officer to furnish such information and assistance whenever required.
