2-1-2: TERM OF OFFICE; VACANCIES:

All reappointments or subsequent appointments shall be for a three (3) fiscal year term. Vacancies on the board shall be filled in the manner provided herein, and appointments to such vacancy shall be effective until the end of the term applicable to the commissioner being replaced. (2016 Code)
