10-12-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The international existing building code, 2012 edition, with appendices A, B, C, and D, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., published in pamphlet form, is hereby adopted as the existing building code of the village regulating the repair, alteration, change of occupancy and relocation of existing buildings. (2016 Code)
