10-8-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 edition, as published by the International Code Council, published in pamphlet form, is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Village, with such amendments as are set forth in section 10-8-2 of this chapter. (2016 Code)
