The international mechanical code, 2012 edition, with appendix A, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the mechanical code of the village, regulating the design, construction, alteration, movement, renovation, replacement, repair and maintenance as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said mechanical code on file are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 10-6-2 of this chapter.
