10-2-3: REINFORCEMENT OF CONCRETE SLABS:
All concrete slabs shall be reinforced with a minimum of a six inch by six inch (6" x 6") 1.4/1.4 (10-gauge) welded wire mesh supported at mid depth of the slab on three foot (3') centers or an approved equal, with the following exceptions:
   A.   Reinforcement is not required in public and private sidewalks.
   B.   Reinforcement is not permitted in parkway driveway aprons. (2016 Code)
