The regulations of the 2012 edition of the international building code, IBC, with appendices E, F, G, H, I, J and K, as recommended and published by the International Code Council, Inc., published in pamphlet form, are adopted as the regulations governing the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures and accessory structures, with such amendments as are set forth in section 10-2-1-2 of this chapter.
