10-1-6: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
All ordinances in conflict with either this chapter or the Building Code adopted in section 10-2-1 of this title shall apply only if they are more restrictive in nature than the provisions of this chapter and the Building Code adopted in section 10-2-1 of this title.
