9-7-8: DELINQUENT PAYMENTS; SHUT OFF OF SERVICE:
If the charges for such services are not paid within sixty (60) days after the rendition of the bill for such services, such services shall be discontinued and shall not be reinstated until all claims are settled. (1976 Code § 13.48.100; amd. 2016 Code)
