A. Metered Rates: All premises of users are required to be metered.
B. Basic User Rate: There shall be and there is established by the village board of trustees from time to time a basic user rate for the use of and for service supplied by the wastewater facilities of the village. (1976 Code § 13.48.070; amd. 2016 Code)
C. Local Capital Cost Charge:
1. Debt Service Charge: A debt service charge shall be billed monthly to each user of the wastewater facility of the village.
2. Capital Improvement Charge: A capital improvement charge will be levied on all users as a charge to provide funds for extension, improvement or reconstruction of the sewage treatment works. (1976 Code § 13.48.060; amd. 2016 Code)
