9-2-11: DAMAGE TO, TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM:
It is unlawful for any person not authorized by the superintendent of public works to tamper with, alter, or injure any part of the village waterworks or supply system, or with any meter. (1976 Code § 13.04.070; amd. 2016 Code)
