9-2-3: APPLICATION FOR WATER SERVICE; DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
   A.   Application to have water turned on shall be made in writing to the village administrator and shall contain an agreement by the applicant to abide by and accept all of the provisions of this chapter as conditions governing his use of the village water supply.
   B.   All such applications, when properly made, shall be filed by the village administrator. (1976 Code § 13.04.020; amd. 2016 Code)
