Performance standards for activities required under this chapter shall be in accordance with the then latest available revision of the applicable standards as herein described, unless specific exceptions are approved by the village administrator upon receipt of a recommendation from the village forester or a certified arborist retained by the village. Said standards, including those contained in the American National Standards Institute publication Z133.1 ("American National Standard For Tree Care Operations - Pruning, Trimming, Repairing, Maintaining, And Removing Trees, And Cutting Brush - Safety Requirements") and "American Standard For Nursery Stock", published by the American Association Of Nurserymen, as such may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated and adopted by reference as the standards of the village for the purposes of this chapter. At least three (3) copies of such standards, including any subsequent amendments thereto, shall be on file with the village clerk and made conveniently available for public inspection, use and examination.
