1-1-2: CONTENTS OF CODE; AUTHORITY:
The ordinances contained in the titles, chapters and sections of this code constitute the Berkeley village code and are adopted pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1-1 et seq., and the village's home rule powers as granted in article VII, section 6 of the Illinois constitution of 1970.
