6-2-1: DEPARTMENT CREATED; COMPOSITION:
There is hereby created and established a fire department, which shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the village administrator, which shall consist of a fire chief and such other members of the fire department as may be from time to time provided by the president and board of trustees.
