4-3-4: LICENSE FEES:
   A.   Established: The annual fees for amusement licenses shall be as established in the annual fee schedule.
   B.   Waiver Of Fees: The license fees may be waived upon application to the board of trustees in the case of limited performances or engagements by a nonprofit organization.
   C.   Nontransferability Of Fees: The license fees are not transferable. (2016 Code)
