4-1-15: MUNICIPAL MISREPRESENTATION PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any licensed business in the village subject to the municipal retailers' occupation tax 1 or municipal service occupation tax 2 in sections 3-2-1 and 3-2-2 of this code to represent or advertise that its building or premises is located in a municipality other than the village. It is not a violation of this section if the name of another municipality is a part of the name of the licensed business. (2016 Code)
