The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of a full-time village employee for the benefits enumerated under the public safety employee benefits act, 820 Illinois Compiled Statutes 320/1, et seq., as amended ("PSEBA"). All benefits provided by the village to employees pursuant to the PSEBA shall be consistent with the PSEBA and limited to the benefits available under the PSEBA. (Ord. 19-7, 3-5-2019)
