This title shall apply to all "improvements", as defined herein, located within the village and entirely or in part within the unincorporated area within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the village, in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-1-1 et seq., as amended. The proposed improvements to be installed, and all procedures relating thereto, shall in all respects be in full compliance with this title. (2016 Code)
