(A) The premises of a permanent fireworks retailer shall be in a B-4 zoning district within the city only. The premises of a seasonal fireworks retailer shall be in a B-2 or B-4 zoning district within the city only and at such location within such zoning district as the Chief of the City of Berea Fire Department shall determine and approve consistent with public safety.
(B) A seasonal, permanent, or ancillary fireworks retailer may offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail or wholesale, or keep with intent to sell only consumer fireworks or novelties and trick noisemakers.
