Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a violation, punishable by:
(A) A fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first violation.
(B) A fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional violation of this article.
(C) In addition to any other penalty, any violator may be required to leave the public building, area, or vehicle for not less than twenty-four (24) hours after the violation.
