§ 54.501 DEFINITIONS
   For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
   (A)   “CITY-OWNED BUILDING AND VEHICLES.” Any enclosed area owned by the city, including its buildings and vehicles, as well as other non-enclosed areas specifically listed herein, and including but not limited to the following:
      (1)   City Hall;
      (2)   Police and Municipal Center;
      (3)   Sewer Commission Office;
      (4)   J.C. Chambers Wastewater Treatment Facility;
      (5)   Street Department Facility;
      (6)   Welcome Center;
      (7)   Ramsey Cabin;
      (8)   Fire State No. 2;
      (9)   Parks and Recreation Complex, including ball fields, pool, the pool deck, walking tract, and concession stand;
      (10)   Folk Center; and
      (11)   Senior Citizen and Head Start Building;
   (B)   “SMOKING.” Inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, weed, plant, or other combustible substance in any manner or in any form.
   (C)   “SMOKE-FREE.” That the air in an establishment is totally free of tobacco smoke or other by-products of smoking.
