§ 74.003 ENFORCEMENT
   (A)   The enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the city fire chief.
   (B)   Any person aggrieved by a decision or determination of the fire chief in enforcing the provisions of this chapter may file an appeal with the code enforcement board pursuant to § 22.608.
