§ 53.099 PENALTY

When any person, firm, or corporation is convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter and no penalty is otherwise provided, the person, firm, or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars.
