Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined for the first offense, not less than ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00); for the second offense, a fine not less than one hundred ($100.00) dollars nor more than two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars; and for each subsequent offense, a fine of not less than two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars nor more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars.
