§ 31.012 PROHIBITIONS, PENALTY
   Any person having a permit from the city for the use of any utility service offered by the city who uses the utility service for any purpose other than mentioned in the permit or who makes any unauthorized changes in the service shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
